Scenes and storyboards

Plan shots, write scene prompts, select media versions, and generate scene batches.

1. Open a project and add a scene

Open Projects and select your project. It opens in Scenes. Choose Add scene, give it a title, and open the scene to set its direction.

Keep one clear visual moment in each scene. Use the order controls to move a shot earlier or later. Each scene keeps separate image, video, and audio selections.

The scene board shows the shot order and media selected for each scene.

2. Write a prompt for each visual moment

Open a scene and describe what should happen in that shot. Give the scene a recognizable title and use its image or video prompt for the visual direction.

For images, describe the subject, framing, setting, and light. For video, add the action and camera movement. Use consistent references when a person, product, or location appears in several shots.

Keep spoken words in the narration script rather than the visual prompt. A scene’s estimated duration helps plan the sequence; check the actual media duration before editing.

3. Set the prompt, model, and references

Open a scene’s Image, Video, or Audio controls. You can also open the matching studio and use Choose a scene or Audio for to select the shot.

Write the prompt or narration script, choose a model, and review the available options. Add references from your project, brand assets, other accessible projects, or an upload. Some video models use a starting image or explicit first and last frames; others accept text only.

Check the estimate before submitting. Review the completed result in its media library.

Each generation uses the selected model, references, and output settings.

4. Review versions and choose what to use

Use Review versions to compare the scene’s available results. Preview each image, video, or audio track, then select the version you want to use.

The first completed result can fill an empty selection. Later generations remain separate versions; an existing selection is retained until you change it. Image, video, and audio choices are independent.

If you change a starting image, check whether the selected video was generated from the earlier image. Use History to inspect the original prompt, settings, and request cost.

5. Generate a selected set of scenes

Select the scenes you want and choose Generate selected. Review the available path: images, video from the current inputs, direct text-to-video, or an image followed by video.

Keep the model choices saved per scene or select an available batch model. Review the number of requests and the estimated total before confirming.

For a new visual direction, generate and inspect images first. Background requests continue while you work elsewhere. Cancelling a batch stops requests that have not been submitted; an already running request can still finish.

6. Bring the selected material into Editor

Open Editor in the same project. Use Sync media or Import Files to make completed assets available in Project Files.

Arrange your chosen media on the timeline and check its actual duration against the narration. Add a second shot or extend a still image when a voice track needs more picture coverage.

Continue with the timeline guide and Export and download.

Import project media, brand assets, or other files you can access into the editor.
