Accounts, teams, and billing

Use your shared Mango9 identity and manage access.

One Mango9 account

Sign in with email, Google, or Apple using your Mango9 account. If you already use Builder, continue with the same account.

Account and team access

Open Account or Team inside Create to review the controls available to your role. Project visibility and permitted actions depend on your account and project access. Ask your account owner if an expected project is missing.

Balance and usage

Builder and Create share one Mango9 plan and AI credit balance. Compare Starter, Plus, and Max on the pricing page. Each plan includes monthly AI credits, and you can top up when you need more.

Open Billing and Usage to see your balance and activity. Generation costs depend on the model, media type, and settings you choose. Review model pricing as you plan your project.

Sign-in trouble

Restart from Log in to Create if a handoff expires. Complete sign-in in the same browser tab. If you still cannot access your workspace, contact Support with the error message, without sharing your password or API keys.
