How does the $5 welcome credit work?
Choose Starter to try Builder and Create, or Pro to also try CRM. You receive one shared $5 welcome credit, with no card required. Opening another product or upgrading does not issue another $5. Your first Pro subscription payment adds $99 to the remaining balance: $104 if the full welcome credit is still available.
What happens at renewal?
After a successful monthly payment, your total wallet is restored toward the plan amount. On Pro, $20 remaining means $79 is added to reach $99. Purchased top-ups count toward that balance. If the balance is already above $99, it is not reduced and no renewal credit is added. Each product uses the same wallet.
Can I use my remaining funds after cancelling?
Yes. You can continue using the products your account is entitled to while wallet funds remain. Cancelling stops future subscription renewals; it does not erase your wallet or data. A Starter wallet does not unlock CRM. When you need to renew CRM access, choose Pro or higher.
Does an empty wallet lock my paid account?
No. With a paid subscription, you can still view and edit your records. Chargeable actions pause until funds are available. You can top up manually or choose optional automatic top-ups.
What about existing customers and Custom plans?
Existing product access is preserved. Custom access is authorized in Central and includes Builder, Create and CRM. Custom customers can optionally top up their shared wallet without purchasing a recurring plan.
Which plans include Marketing OS?
Pro and Max include Builder, Create and Marketing OS, starting at $99 per month. Starter includes Builder and Create. Marketing OS access includes unlimited users, with applicable resource usage charges.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited. Pricing is based on your plan and resource usage, not a charge for each person you invite.
How do usage credits work?
Your plan adds usage credit to your Mango9 balance after payment is confirmed. At a paid renewal, the balance is replenished toward the plan's credit amount, taking the remaining balance into account. You can add funds when needed. The displayed amount is for your plan, not a separate allowance for each product.
What does the Team option change?
Team plans provide higher usage credit amounts and shared account management, without a per-user charge. Starter Team includes Builder and Create. Pro Team and Max Team also include Marketing OS, with the same email and Lead Finder allowances as their matching Pro or Max tier.
Are AI generation and hosting unlimited?
AI work is charged by the model and operation you use. Create generation can also depend on duration, size and settings. Published applications have applicable hosting and compute charges; domains and connected services can have separate charges. Check current rates and usage in your account.
What changes between Starter, Pro and Max?
Starter includes Builder and Create. Pro adds Marketing OS, including CRM, phone, messaging, social tools and invoices. Max includes the same products with more usage credit, emails and Lead Finder searches. Users are unlimited on every plan.
Can I add more emails or Lead Finder searches?
On Pro or Max, 2,000 additional emails cost $29.99. 1,000 additional searches cost $9.99. Packs expire at the end of the current billing period. Unused email and search allowances do not carry over. Optional automatic packs have a monthly spending cap.
How do I choose my plan?
Create or sign in to your Mango9 account, then select and confirm your plan there. Choose Starter for Builder and Create, or Pro or Max to include Marketing OS with the same account.
