Generate and refine images

Find images, set up a generation, use references, and compare new versions.

1. Open the project’s Images library

Open your project and select Images. This library includes generated images and uploads attached to the project.

Use Search to find a name, prompt, model, or scene. Filter Status to Ready, In progress, or Needs attention. Set Source to Generated or Uploaded. Use List / Grid to change the view.

Select New image to open the generation form. Upload images adds a file from your computer; Add from library reuses media in your account.

Use the library to find results and start new generations. Status and Source filters narrow the list.

2. Set the model, prompt, and references

  1. Choose a Model. Its selection determines the available inputs and settings.
  2. Write the Image prompt. Describe the subject, framing, light, background, and any exact text.
  3. Under Reference images, use Choose images for existing media or Upload images for a new file.
  4. Review Resolution, Aspect ratio, and the other available settings. Reference limits and options change with the model.
  5. Check the Estimated cost and select Generate image when ready.

Choose the relevant scene before submitting if the image belongs to a specific scene. Explain in the prompt how each reference should be used.

The generation form shows the model, prompt, references, output settings, and estimated cost together.

3. Inspect the completed image

Return to Images and wait for Ready. Select the thumbnail or name to open the larger preview.

Inspect the subject, composition, text, and fine details at full size. Check the result against the format you intend to use. Request details lets you review the original request.

For a failed result, read the error before another attempt. Correct missing references or invalid settings first.

4. Refine a result without replacing the original

Choose Regenerate as new to use an earlier request as a starting point. Edit the prompt or settings, review the estimate, and submit the new version separately.

Choose Use another model in the result details to compare a different model. Review its supported references and settings again.

Keep the original while comparing. Give useful results clear names so you can recognize them in Scenes and Editor.

5. Download or use the image

Select Download on a completed image to save it individually. Add to ZIP adds it to your download selection.

Use the image as a reference or source for a video. In Editor, use Sync media if a newly generated asset is missing from Project Files. Continue with Video and voice or Export and download.
